- Black Pepper Powder (Pisi kali mirch)- ½ Teaspoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste (Pisa adrak lehsun) – 2 Teaspoons
- Brown Onion (Tali pyaz) – 1 Tablespoon
- Salt – 1 Teaspoon
- Raw Papaya Paste (Kacha pappita) – 2 Teaspoons
- Fresh Coriander (Hara dhania) – Few leaves
- Oil – 2 Teaspoons
Method:
- Add whole red peppers (sabut laal mirch), cumin seeds (zeera), and coriander seeds to a pan (sabut dhani).
- Toast it until it becomes fragrant. Then remove it!
- Add gram flour (besan) to the same pan and heat gently. Remove it as soon as it starts to display light brown hue. To prevent burning, keep stirring the gram flour.
- Add toasted spices and gram flour to the grinder.
- Add Garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and black pepper powder
- To create a powder, grind all the ingredients in a blender.
- Now add the minced mutton or beef (keema) to the grinder.
- In addition, incorporate salt, raw papaya (as a meat tenderizer), Gola kabab masala, and fresh coriander.

- Add 4 to 5 kaleeji cubes on each skewer, and cook over hot coals until done.
