Skin Rashes, itchiness, and burning. Say hello to winter allergy. Urgh, it is so irritating that I can feel it on all over my skin. My skin is continuously peeling and burning. Though I love winter yet I hate it only for one reason and that is skin rashes and peeling.
This skin allergy is very common in the starting time-lapse of seasonal change. In some case, bumps also occur on the skin but luckily in my case, it’s just rashes and burns. Legs, arms, and hands are the common places that suffer. Turning toward the main point that how can we get rid of this allergy is the main point.
1. Moisturizers:
It’s time to buy moisturizers. Rush to the grocery store and pile the good moisturizer that suits your skin. You can even use some homemade healthy moisturizers. Honey is also a natural moisturizer and you can mix it with so many skin treatments. Use it right after taking a shower or washing hand. You have to keep yourself skin moisturize if you really do not want to feel the burn.
2. Do Not Over Bath:
Taking bath more frequently can increase these rashes. Try not to take over bath and keep the body moisture for long. Hot water is the main cause that eliminates moisture from the skin and makes it drier. Taking bath once in a day is enough.
3. Use Sunblock:
Before using sunblock consult with a dermatologist for better advice. Not every skin can bear every type of sunblock. Some are for sensitive skin and other is for oily. If you will use the wrong sunblock then it can increase the burn and itchiness.
