Gynaecosid Tablet is manufactured by Efroze Chemical industries for treating amenorrhea, artificial menopause, and other menstrual abnormalities. It contains Methyl estradiol and Methyloestrenolone as the active ingredients. Gynaecocid functions by reducing the activity of the estradiol-17-beta steroid, increasing blood clots and activating particular nuclear receptors.
